1. All goods remain the property of Zeit Dist Ltd until payment is made in full.

2. Return policy limited to faulty goods and incorrect supply.

3. All goods are shipped first class post (UK inland) or airmail (Overseas).

4. Orders will normally be sent within five working days. Please allow 28 days for overseas delivery.

5. We are a small company and occasionally take much needed holidays, in which case please allow 28 days for delivery. If goods have not been received within 28 days of ordering, please get in touch by e-mail.

6.  You may cancel any item before it has been shipped at any time by contacting our mail order department.  Once we receive notification from you that you wish to cancel your item, any amount paid to Zeit Dist Ltd for the item will be refunded as soon as possible.

7.  All refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of your purchase. Additionally, as part of measures we employ to secure your privacy, we will only refund to the card used for the original transaction. No refunds will be processed to any other card.

8.  Zeit Dist Ltd must be notified prior to a return being performed. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request and provide you with full details for returned items.

9.  Zeit Dist Ltd will only accept returns for the following:

- Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
- Goods supplied incorrectly
- Goods that vary from their description on the website

10.  A FREEPOST address is made available for all returns within the UK and EU. Returns made from outside these territories can not be processed through our FREEPOST address and an alternate address will be provided to you. Please include your postage receipt with your return so that we can refund your postage costs by credit card refund to a maximum of £5.00GBP (or equivalent).

11. All returns must be received by Zeit Dist Ltd within 60 days of our original shipment date to you. Please refer to the date shown on your delivery note to confirm this date.

12. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened condition.
